Small
items easily made
When you have gathered a nice, big pile of junk,
ideas will come along more or less effortlessly. But just to get you started,
here is some of my favourite ideas:
 |
Two cokebottlelids glued together (preferably
with a little bit of sand inside) spraypainted black and drybrushed with
copper will look like a more or less convincing barrel. Admittedly, this
one got a bit more copper than was my intention... |
 |
Condensators from electronic junk are perfect
barrels as well - they come in more varied sizes and shapes.
|
| |
Left-over pieces of foamcore can be used to
make small boxes - covered with cardboard and riveted, either with a pencil
or with dressmaker's pins, then they are very convincing. An additional
feature is to add handles made from a bit of copper wire or the like.
|
 |
Larger leftovers of foamcore can be used to
make a piece of wall.
|
| |
A small twig can be cut to resemble a treestump. |
 |
A bit of this and a bit of that will soon be
a great scrapheap. |
Nb! Remember that everything, no matter how small
and insignificant, will look better with carefully made details!
